2. How we use it
To fulfil orders and delivery, provide support and after-sales service, perform risk control and anti-fraud checks, and comply with legal obligations. We never use your top-up account information for any other purpose.

We do not provide your personal information to third parties except: payment channels and upstream executors strictly necessary to complete payment and delivery (limited fields only); or when required by law or competent authorities.

We use encrypted transmission, password hashing, least-privilege access and operation logs to protect your information. Top-up accounts are masked when displayed.

You can view and update your profile in the user center, and contact us to access, correct or delete your personal information. After account closure we delete or anonymize the related information as required by law.
