2. Account and ordering
You must provide valid registration information and keep your credentials safe. Please fill in the top-up account information accurately: submitted account details cannot be modified, and refunds are not available for recharges made to a wrongly submitted account.
3. Payment and delivery
Each order supports one item only; multiple orders are allowed. After payment, the order enters our manual processing flow and our staff will complete the top-up. If inventory or upstream issues occur, the order may be moved to after-sales handling.
4. Risks
Once virtual products are sold, refunds are not supported unless there is an issue with the product itself. Game top-up services carry certain risks; risks related to game restrictions, controls or penalties are borne by the user.
5. Prohibited conduct
Any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, reselling and abusing promotions, is prohibited. We may freeze accounts and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
