About Refunds

Refund policy, scope and processing time

Thank you for your support. Our refund policy is based on the following terms:

1. Scope
Once virtual products are sold, refunds are not supported for any reason unless there is an issue with the product itself.
"Product issue" means: the purchased product cannot be used, the product information is incorrect, or the product is banned upon first use.

2. Not eligible
No longer needed, purchased by mistake or duplicated purchases; recharges made to a wrongly submitted account (not refundable once completed); bans caused by violating official terms or using unofficial channels; functional changes made by the game or streaming platform itself.

3. How refunds are returned
Refunds go back to the original payment method with no handling fee. If you paid by credit card, PayPal refunds the amount to your credit card; if you used a funding source other than a credit card, the refund is credited to your PayPal balance. If both were used, the credit-card portion is refunded to the card and the remainder to your PayPal balance. Refunds to credit cards may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

4. Frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund for a wrong or unwanted purchase? Unfortunately no.
Where will the refund go? Back to your original payment account after the refund is processed.
Is there a handling fee? No additional fees are charged.
How long does it take? Balance payments are returned to your wallet immediately; third-party channels follow their own timelines, and credit cards may take up to 30 days.

If you encounter a product issue, please contact online support and we will verify and handle it as soon as possible.
