After signing in, open "My Orders" to filter by status and open the order details.
The order detail page shows delivery progress and a timeline: pending payment → paid → delivering → completed, together with staff notes so you always know the current status.
If you are not signed in, use "Order Query" with your order number or business number to check the order status and recharge progress (sensitive fields are masked).
Once the order is completed you can submit a review from the order detail page to help us improve.
